Hi, I'm Jodi Burley, founder of North Star Solutions Group.

I created North Star Solutions Group because I genuinely enjoy helping people succeed. There's something incredibly rewarding about working behind the scenes to create order, solve problems, and provide support that helps others achieve their goals.

As a mom of three grown children who were heavily involved in sports, I understand how valuable time is. I spent years balancing family life, volunteering, supporting booster clubs, growing social media engagement, coordinating events, and helping create memorable experiences for athletes and families. Those experiences reinforced something I've always believed: your time is one of your most valuable assets.

Professionally, I bring more than 20 years of corporate experience spanning customer service, client management, technology and systems analysis, training and mentoring, Agile coaching, project management, event coordination, and large-scale business transformation initiatives. I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help businesses stay organized, move projects forward, and operate more efficiently.
